Daily Hours of Operation

I will be open for business 7:00a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please respect that these are my business hours and treat them as you would any other businesses’ hours.  I may be downstairs prior to 7:00 am, but will expect you to stay with your children until that time.  5:00 pm is my closing time. I expect to be able to lock my front door and leave my home at 5:00pm.  If I cannot leave my home at 5:00pm you will be charged a late fee.

Holidays, Vacations & Other Absences

I will be closed on the following Holidays:

• Memorial Day
• One day near June 16th
• One day near the 4th of July
• One day near July 25th
• One day near New Year’s  Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day & the following day

These are days that you will be charged for.  If the designated holiday falls near a weekend or on a weekend, they will be considered floating holidays to use at my discretion.  If your child does not regularly attend on a paid holiday, you will pay for that holiday regardless.

I will be paid for 32 days worth of vacation/personal per year.  I will attempt to give you at least two weeks notice of those days so you can secure other childcare.  If I or one of my children is ill, I will use a vacation day or unpaid day.   I will also have 5 days unpaid each year and will again give you at least two weeks notice of those days.

There is no fee reduction when your child is gone on vacation or absent due to illness.

If schools in the area are closed due to weather, I may also be closed and you will not be charged for that day.

Parent Responsibility

If your child is not going to be coming to day care, please call by 8:00am on that day. (Fees will still apply) If you are running late in picking up your child, please call at least 15 minutes before your normal pick up time (Late fees will still apply after 5:00p.m.)
