• $30 Registration fee
• Immunization Record – I cannot take your child until I have this on file
• Non-Refundable holding fee

Items For the First Day

• Diapers (if needed)
• Change of clothing (weather appropriate)
• Blanket and/or toy for nap time
• 1st week’s fee
• Formula or breast milk
• 2 baby bottles and nipples
• Tooth brush and toothpaste
• Swimsuit (if applicable)
